Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 13, 2026

AgentCE believes every real estate professional deserves equal access to tools that help them manage their career. We are committed to making our website and mobile app accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

Real estate agents work across many environments -- in offices, at open houses, and on the go between showings. We design our app to work well in all of these settings, whether you are using a screen reader at a desk or navigating with one hand on a mobile device between appointments.

What we do

  • Provide skip navigation links so keyboard users can bypass repeated content.
  • Use semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and ARIA labels.
  • Maintain a minimum color contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
  • Ensure all interactive elements are accessible by keyboard and have visible focus indicators.
  • Set a minimum touch target size of 44 by 44 pixels for mobile users.
  • Include alternative text for all meaningful images.
  • Label all form fields and provide clear error messages.
  • Set the page language attribute to help screen readers pronounce content correctly.

Standards we follow

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This covers guidelines for perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust web content. We test with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and automated accessibility tools.

Accessibility for real estate professionals

We pay special attention to the features agents use most. License expiration countdowns use both color and text labels so color-blind users can read them clearly. CE progress bars include percentage text alongside the visual indicator. State requirement tables are structured with proper headers so screen readers can navigate columns and rows. Push notification reminders include descriptive text that works with assistive technology, not just visual badges.

Known limitations

While we work to make all content accessible, some areas may not yet fully meet every guideline. We are actively improving our site and app. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know.
